1.How can I cancel my order?
You can easily arrange this via My GORDINA. You can only cancel your order if it hasn't left the warehouse yet. Was your order already shipped? You can refuse it at the door or return it for free via the online return form.Do you have a question about your order? Please contact our customer service.


2.How do I get my shipping costs back after returning?
Are you returning the entire order to us? Then you will receive the shipping costs back in the same way as you paid them.


3.My order/item has been cancelled by Gordina, what now?
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that an item is cancelled after placing the order. Of course, you will always receive a message about this by e-mail. As soon as the item is cancelled, the purchase amount will also be automatically refunded as soon as possible, depending on your bank. If the item is back in stock later, you will unfortunately not receive it. After all, the purchase amount has already been refunded. You can then place a new order.

Register your return online in MY GORDINA. Is this not possible? Then sending the return label in the package is sufficient. If you no longer have a return label, you can download a new one via MY GORDINA under https://www.gordinaliving.com/account. The return label states whether it should be returned DHL.2.I returned my order. When will I get my purchase amount back?We will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible. This at the latest within 14 days after receipt of the notification of your return shipment via the same payment method. However, we may wait with the refund until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them. You can track your return via MY GORDINA, if you have also registered it there. If items are not in unused and original condition, we can charge a reduction in value.

IDEAL

With iDeal you can pay online via the trusted online payment environment of your own bank. 

CREDIT CARD

You can pay with MasterCard, VISA, American Express and  Maestro.

PAYPAL

PayPal is a worldwide online payment system for individuals and web shops. Link your bank account or credit card and pay in a few clicks with your PayPal account. 

BANCONTACT(Belgium) 

With this payment method you can easily pay with the physical card that is linked to credit on a Belgian bank account.

KLARNA

Klarna accepts major debit, SEPA Direct Debit and credit cards such as Visa, Discover, Maestro and Mastercard.

2.When will I receive my refund for a cancelled or returned order?

We will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of notification of your return, via the payment method you used for your purchase. However, we may wait with refunding until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them. Did you pay with a Gift Card? Then you will receive a new Gift Card by e-mail. 

3.Do the shown prices include VAT?

The prices shown are inclusive of VAT and excluding any shipping costs. You can find an overview of the breakdown in the shopping cart.

4. Can I pay afterwards?

This is only possible if you use a credit card as payment method. Then the amount is reserved and only debited after your order has been delivered. Please note that this depends on the debit of the monthly amount from your credit card.

Unfortunately it’s not possible to exchange your product(s). You can return your product(s) to us and then place a new order on our website.


2.How long is my warranty?


All Gordina items are covered by a warranty. However, the warranty period varies per brand and item.
All items you buy from us are covered by the statutory warranty. Statutory warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.


3.The warranty does not apply in the following cases:


• Damage due to improper use or improper handling
• Wear after frequent use
• Presumption of misuse of the guarantee clause
