Refund policy

At Gordina, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below.
1. Returns
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, and undamaged. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
3. Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Members enjoy free return shipping on eligible items. Non-members are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us for assistance. Exchanges are subject to availability.
7. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.
