Return Policy

At Gordina, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist. Please review the details of our return policy below.

1. Returns

You may return your item(s) within 15 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition—unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging—to qualify for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items

3. Submit a Return Request

You can request a return directly from your Gordina account. Click the profile icon in the store menu or visit the Returns or Refund Policy page.

1. Log in to your account:

  • Enter your email address and click “Continue”.
  • Open the email sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
  • Return to the online store and enter the verification code.

2. Click Request return for the order you wish to return.

3. If your order contains multiple items, select the items you want to return.

4. Choose a return reason and add a note for our team.

5. Click Request return .

If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email containing shipping instructions and a prepaid return label. A refund will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Members enjoy free return shipping on eligible items. Non-members are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

5. Refunds

After receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another color or size, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to your preference.
