Shipping policy

Processing times

In-stock orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-order items, including garments with a custom embroidery placement, are prepared and dispatched within up to 5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in the Netherlands.

Shipping destinations and rates

Available shipping destinations, delivery methods, estimated delivery times and shipping rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Standard shipping is free on orders over €100 delivered within the European Union. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout begins after dispatch and does not include processing time.

Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders delivered outside the European Union are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP). Any import duties, customs fees or local taxes charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
